ABOUT KATE
I've been practising yoga daily for almost two decades and throughout that time it's been an anchor in my life - keeping me fit, healthy, strong, happy, and grounded throughout 3 pregnancies, a complete change of career and plenty of life events along the way.
In 2013 I trained to teach pregnancy yoga with Lushtums founder Clare Maddalena in Brighton, and from there began running pregnancy yoga classes in Haywards Heath. I’ve since worked with thousands of women, helping them to combine yoga movements and breathing techniques to keep fit, comfortable and calm during pregnancy and labour.
I subsequently trained to teach postnatal yoga and mum and baby yoga too, also with Clare Maddalena at Lushtums (please see my current timetable at www.lushtums.co.uk/mid-sussex-timetable)

In 2016 I completed my 200 hours full yoga teacher training with Be Yoga in Haywards Heath, and also a dedicated 33 hour restorative yoga teacher training with Anna Ashby at Triyoga in London.

I now teach a diverse range of classes, from sessions for corporate clients in Sussex and London, running and managing my own open classes, through a variety of tailored 1-1 private sessions, to specialised classes with pregnant and postnatal women, plus weekly combined yoga and physiotherapy classes run jointly with a physiotherapist. I’m qualified to teach hatha, vinyasa, restorative, postnatal and pregnancy yoga.
